Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting the spongy and aromatic Triticum Focaccia into the desired size and opening it in half.
  • On one of the halves of the bread, we will sprinkle well with virgin olive oil Reserva Familiar Picual Castillo de Canena.
  • Next we will make a bed with the lamb's lettuce and on top we will put the slices of lacón.
  • Sprinkle with sweet paprika.
  • Now we will put the tetilla cheese and we will finish again with our AOVE Reserva Familiar Picual.
