Ingredients
  

  • Bread 5 cereals and Triticum campaign
  • Water pears
  • Roquefort cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil - Biodynamic Picual Castillo de Canena
  • Craft beer MONSIEUR GORDO Gimme Hop Jo'Anna

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut the pears.
  • We will also cut the Roquefort cheese or any other cheese with an intense flavour.
  • We open the bread rolls and dip the crumbs in extra virgin olive oil Picual Picual Castillo de Canena.
  • Then we will alternate with cheese and pear to taste.
