Avocado, Russian King Crab and Mayonnaise Cocktail

Christmas recipe: Cocktail of avocado, Russian king crab (chatka) and mayonnaise.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g chatka russian king crab can be frozen or canned
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 Egg
  • Lime juice half a lime
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil Arbequina &World America 99,5% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Arbequina Castillo de Canena + Spices Pink berries, black pepper, allspice and blackcurrants

Instructions
 

  • First of all, we will make the mayonnaise: Put the yolk of one of the eggs, the juice of a lime and our Arbequina&World America oil in a narrow bowl, taking care not to break the yolk.
  • With the mixer, first beat the egg yolks and raise the arm little by little until the mixture emulsifies.
  • Finally we add salt, if we think it is necessary.
  • Next, crumble the chatka well and mix it with the mayonnaise.
  • Cut the avocados in half and fill with the above mixture.
